JAMES MYLNE

Having gained an MA at Camberwell College of Art, James Mylne has gone on to become a pioneer of ballpoint pen art, a true master of photorealism. 

Since his first solo exhibition in London in 2008, James's work has been exhibited across the world; Los Angeles, Milan, Paris and Ibiza, as well as a sell out show in New York in 2016. 

Career highlights include projects for Bic and Microsoft Surface which culminated in exhibiting in the Masters section of the National Portrait Gallery.

According to Wikipedia 'His technical abilities with the unorthodox art medium have earned Mylne recognition in Europe and the UK, where he is considered amoung the leaders of the genre, The Ballpointer online journal called Mylne "Britains's premier ballpoint pen artist'' '.

It is always a huge honour to show his incredible work and we are delighted to have a new collection of originals and giclee hand finished prints to exhibit at AAF Battersea in March.
